Installed vented Everlast soffit and j-channel around all eaves and gable ends. Installed fascia metal on eaves and gable ends of roof.

Installed 360 S urethane sealer on termination bar where building meets cooler room. Applied Kwik Kaulk to flanges of one HVAC unit. Sealed J Channel on from of building.

These pictures show a house roof with estimated 25-year-old shingles. The homeowner has decided to go with a new metal roof overlay.

SCC removed all metal & hauled it to customers property. Roof had 1x4's installed two foot on center. Synthetic felt underlayment was installed throughout roof deck. 2x3 drip edge was installed on all eaves. #1 28 Gauge Everlast metal was installed. All proper valleys, corners, endwall, and sidewall was installed. All endwall & valleys have emseal installed. Chimney has checkmark, sidewall, endwall & counter installed. Ridge cap was installed. This has uni-vent installed on flanges of ridge. Rain & snow guard was installed on eaves.

Free roof inspection we did for a past customer. Current roof has damage from flashing that has came off from wind and EPDM that has been pulled out of the termination bar from wind & were the wind was able to rip the EPDM out from under the metal roof section.

Removed lean-to roof metal & stacked metal for the owner. Removed rotten sheeting & disposed of it. Installed 2 by 4 sheeting two foot on center throughout roof deck. Installed single bubble vapor barrier throughout roof system. Installed drip edge on eaves. Mastic was installed on seams of the metal. #1 28 Gauge Everlast Metal was installed. Installed a new metal pipe boot. Along, with all proper corners.

Free roof inspection, upon this inspection we came to this conclusion for the insurance company: This roof has definite signs of wind damage. The roof has shingles raised on valley. One full shingle that has blown off. Also, a couple shingle tabs that have been removed.

Installed 1by4's two foot on center throughout roof deck. Installed synthetic felt throughout roof deck. Installed #1 28-gauge Everlast metal throughout roof deck. Vented ridge system was installed. All proper rakes, ridge cap, and valleys was installed. Valleys had emseal installed. Proper metal pipe boots were installed.

Removed all debris off of roof system. SCC removed all rotten sheathing from roof deck. All protrusions on roof system were removed and filled in with new sheathing. 1x4's were installed throughout roof system two foot on center. Drip edge was installed on roof eaves. Single bubble was installed throughout. #1 28-gauge Everlast metal was installed throughout roof deck. Mastic was installed on seams of metal. Endwall flashing is 10 over roof with emseal. Rake flashing was installed. Split pipe boot was installed on electric pipe.

Installed approx. 40' of sidewall. Installed approx. 40' of counter flashing. Grinded where valley meets EPDM. Installed 360s on seams of the valley.
